The Football
Just shaped it: The first of its kind..."The Football". No not because I watched the super bowl (I was at the beach), and not because I played gridiron when I was young (I was so skinny I would have gotten snapped in two) ...it's cause the outline kinda looks like a football. So, the concept behind it is for those smaller point days; the kind when there's been a pumping swell where you've been harvesting on your regular shorty or Monsta gettin all hi-perfy slicin' and dicin' with plenty of speed and push...but then...as they always do, the swell begins to ebb and all of a sudden the longboarders, mid-range board guys and oversized fishers start showing up and snag every little roller in site. Welp that's when this little pudger comes in handy. Kinda like riding a skim board but with a touch more rocker and hidden foam puffed up in sneaky places. Made to take off early and deep and go the distance. It's another 'people's board' so go deep, go long, score touchdowns rather than hard yards. The one shown here is for me. Just as reference my favorite Monsta / Jetstream carbon footprint is 5'11" x 19 3/4" x 2 9/16" 31L. This football is 5'6" x 20 1/4" x 2 5/8" 32L...so that's the preliminary changeover dims at this juncture anyway. Keep u posted...yeeeew!!
